In today's episode I spoke with Triple Crown and California Triple Crown swimmer Robin Rose. A mom of three, Robin reminds us how we don't know what we're capable of until we get out there and do it. In her own words: Robin rose is a marathon swimmer . She always been aware of words and the power they carry . The words of a fellow swimmer encouraging Robin to swim a big channel , got her mind racing and that’s how her Quest to swim a big channel began . Like in marathon swimming , you prepare as much as possible . On the day of , it doesn’t always go exactly as planned . ( like this interview  where I didn’t stick to my notes ! ) but that ok!
