Description
Today’s word of the day is ‘manipulation’ as in cleverly or unfairly controlling or influencing someone as in the Big Ten has decided to just change the rules this far into the season. Why would they do that? Why would the Big Ten change the rules now? Because there’s a chance undefeated Ohio State won’t make the conference championship game (0:06). The ACC did something similar by just canceling the last game of the season for Notre Dame and Clemson so now they have a bye week before the ACC title game. Why are conferences doing this (11:42)? Kyrie Irving is back making headlines because he’s always making headlines. Instead of speaking with the media he released a statement and said via the statement that he’ll only talk to the media via a released statement (13:04). Russell Westbrook is now on the Washington Wizards and during his first media session he was asked about his legacy. I might now be a Westbrook fan because of his response. It’s worth hearing (19:10). Anthony Davis met the media. He was honest about securing the most money he could. Bravo (22:30). Was it that hard to be like them Kyrie? Review - Your Honor (Episode 1) (27:40). Texas high school football player who is currently in jail with 10k bond for assaulting referee in Texas after being ejected from game. Was this a crime and how should it be dealt with. The story of on field criminal acts is interesting to me. Why isn’t what gaby Sanchez did during a marlins game considered a crime (33:05)? #waittosee
