Description
Today’s word of the day is ‘roulette’ as in the casino game as in gambling as in the Las Vegas Raiders gambled with the NFL….. and it lost… big time. On Thursday the NFL handed down a substantial fine to the Las Vegas Raiders for breaking coronavirus protocols for the 3rd time this season. Not only were they fined, but the NFL took away the team’s 2021 6th round pick. Wow. Roger Goodell and the NFL made a statement so let’s see if the rest of the league will finally listen (0:06). The NBA players have voted to approve the NBA season start on December 22nd. This is what we said would happen all along. The players needed to do this for TV money. It had to happen (8:17). The Cleveland Indians have a lot of decisions to make this offseason. The team is reportedly looking to trade star Francisco Lindor again. They failed to do so last season and that was a major mistake. Let me explain why (12:40). BREAKING NEWS! Alex Cora has been named manager of the Boston Red Sox. A little Friday news dump during the middle of the Presidential election. Why did the Red Sox bring back Cora after his year-long suspension was up? Because he was ALWAYS going to be the manager of the Red Sox again (21:40). Another NFL update! The NFL has fined Mike Tomlin ($100k) and the Steelers ($250K) for not properly wearing masks against the Baltimore Ravens (28:25). Review - Holidate (29:35). So You Wanna Talk To Samson!? Someone asked me about the election and ‘wasting’ votes on other candidates. Let’s talk about this. #waittosee
