Sarah McSweeney steps Behind The Rope. Yes, Sister of The Real Housewives of New York City’s Leah McSweeney. That Sarah McSweeney. As seen this past season alongside her sister on Season 12 of RHONY. Checking in from her parent’s home in gorgeous Connecticut, Sarah takes time off from being a mom to chat with The Rope. Originally from Chelsea, NYC (yea Chelsea!!), Sarah fell into modeling at a very young age while working various food and restaurant jobs in the heart of downtown New York City. Sarah opens up about her initial reaction to sister Leah being cast on the hit Bravo show and what it was like to watch Leah each week, and her own guest appearances, this past season. We discuss how she truly feels about Leah's colleagues Dorinda, Luann, Sonja, and last, but certainly not least, Ramona. Of course we discuss that fateful Newport, Rhode Island weekend and how the girls treated her in person - the bad, the good and the bad. We dive deep into what watching the “night before” was like compared to how Leah described it to her IRL. On a larger scale, both being New Yorkers, Sarah and David discuss how NYC is much more than a 5 block radius on the Upper East Side and whether it is time to mix things up regarding the cast to represent a more accurate representation of what NYC is really all about.
