Description
Tennis has the power to completely change someone's life. The Pete Brown Junior Tennis Program in South Central Los Angeles is dedicated to enriching the lives of children by providing free tennis, mentoring, and education, in a safe and positive environment. Founded in 2009 by Marty Woods in memory of his coach and mentor, Pete Brown, he explains how he has created such an empowering program and is joined by board member, Anne Star, who explains the impact tennis truly has on these families.
