Description

Episode 25 has taken some time because Leigh has been continuing his quest towards claiming the title of “World’s Greatest Volleyball Coach” this week. Meanwhile, Sam has been away in Sydney playing cricket and Mitch has been… doing nothing out of the ordinary. Mitch has used the time to come up with a plan for all the unhappy listeners that missed out on being included in the BBL Supercoach League though!

This week, we tackle another controversial topic. Not veganism but Israel Folau—potentially six months too late but still relevant because he has been linked to the Brisbane Broncos—and we attempt to enforce the no fence sitting policy. The demon MCG pitch gives us plenty of content for “The Social Sin Bin” and Skin even gets a real “Skin’s Stats” segment going which you do not want to miss. We introduce you to Heazlett’s girlfriend/ Miso Soup as he tells his love story, we sing a parody of ‘Chicken Fried’ and take a walk down memory lane as we target Leigh’s chequered YouTube past.

High quality content obviously but goodness gracious there is some serious background noise to deal with. There is a full blown thunderstorm mid episode which sets off our dog and makes her go bonkers, so you will be heavily distracted but also entertained!

Leigh Drennan has travelled around the world dreaming of playing sport professionally (never made it) but if there is one thing he knows how to do it is be a great team-mate. He has teamed up with brother Mitch, and mate Andrew (Gode) to bring this skill to a speaker near you.  We know life gets busy, so this is our way of telling stories and having a chat with one another. So grab a beer, coffee or glass of wine and join us in the club house this week.
