Next, we move to the federal indictment expected for Derek Chauvin and three other former officers charged in George Floyd’s death, Alexey Navalny’s first public appearance since ending his prison hunger strike, and New York’s probe into toxic metals found in baby food. Lastly, we finish off with the Senate passing the Drinking Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Act with a strong bipartisan vote of 89-2.
