In the latest episode of Public Power Now, Joe Price, Village Administrator for the Village of Grafton, Ohio, details the roles he plays as Grafton’s village administrator and discusses the village’s solar farm. Price was a 2021 APPA Larry Hobart Seven Hats Award recipient. The  award recognizes managers of small utilities serving fewer than 2,500 meters.
