Part two of Richard's conversation with President Ronald Reagan's special secret agent, Ambassador Lee Wanta and his editor Lon Gibby.  They continue to discuss Wanta's  scheme to end the Cold War by destroying the Russian ruble through a series of sophisticated currency swaps. In his effort to carry out his mandate, Lee was imprisoned and the monetary funds that were his to distribute as planned were stolen or converted illegally by an organization known as the Federal Reserve System and used by them to this day.
