Richard welcomes a former Catholic Nun who left the Church after she was sexually assaulted by a priest.  Since then she has become a whistleblower and is drawing attention to a U.S. D.O.D. document which appears to be describing a population control program involving infecting U.S. citizens with nano-tech devices.
