President Biden held his first news conference after 65 days in office and took questions on the surge of migrants at the border, foreign policy questions about China and North Korea, and also about the filibuster in the Senate. Biden also set a new vaccine goal of 200 million shots in the first 100 days and said he would be running again in 2024.
