Description
Coronavirus and crime. They both spread like, well, viruses. The difference is that a virus like flu is impossible to stop and will percolate everywhere. Crime, on the other hand, is mainly confined to known repeat offenders. If we only incapacitated them, we’d solve most crime problems. Rafael Mangual, senior fellow and deputy director of legal policy at the Manhattan Institute, joins us today to warn about the increase in crime and its cause. I also discuss the news of the president testing positive for the virus.
