Description

Special Counsel Robert Mueller made his first public comments in two years since the beginning of the Russia investigation.  In his remarks he recapped some of his findings and made two things clear, Russia did interfere in the election and his report does not exonerate the president from obstruction of justice…DOJ policy prohibits him from charging a sitting President. Zoe Tillman, legal reporter at Buzzfeed News joins us for what it all means.

Next, this past weekend another horse died at the Santa Anita race track bring the total to 26 since December.  It is still unclear what is causing the breakdowns, but there are increased calls for a moratorium on racing there. John Cherwa, horseracing reporter at the LA Times, joins us to discuss why so many horses are dying at Santa Anita.

Finally, do you know what your iPhone is up to in the middle of the night?  Even though the screen is off and your snoring away, app trackers on your phone are busy sending out your data to companies you probably have never heard of.  Geoffrey Fowler, tech columnist at the Washington Post, joins us for the secret life of your data and what you can do to limit app tracking.
