Merry Christmas! our Christmas gift to you this year is a chance now to listen back to a one-hour talkSPORT exclusive looking back at the USA '94 World Cup - 25 years on from the tournament. It's hosted by Ray Stubbs and features Ray Houghton, Tony Cascarino, Ronnie Whelan and Mark Lawrenson. Along with talkSPORT presenters Danny Kelly, Paul Hawksbee and Andy Jacobs Even though England didn't qualify there were plenty of household names representing the Republic of Ireland and the programme features some great stories around Jack Charlton's side, ROI's famous win over Italy and John Aldridge going bananas. It was also the first World Cup played outside the traditional football environments of Europe and Latin America. The tournament is remembered for record attendances, games being played in scorching hot temperatures and the best player in the world at the time - Roberto Baggio - missing the deciding penalty in the World Cup final shootout.
