Description

Cousin Sal, Dave, and Martin are hanging out in person for the first time in months in the new office as Martin will have to face the cap of consequences and pick his penalty. The guys discuss the latest headlines in the NBA, James Harden has never been happier in Philadelphia, Kevin Durant returns for Brooklyn tonight, and the Lakers playoffs chances. Martin thinks the bigger issue than Russell Westbrook’s play on the court is his massive salary. Kenny Pickett finally gets his hand-measured and turns out he has small hands for an NFL quarterback. The guys discuss if the NFL combine drills really matter all that much and Martin asks Dave some combine questions including, “what would be your murder weapon of choice?” Then, the guys discuss Dave’s NFL uniform rankings and Sal has some objections to his rankings including the Steelers, which leads to who had yellow pants first? The MLB Lockout continues as Martin pitches a strange idea involving baseball players and the Slam Dunk Contest while Dave suggests relegation could help make baseball interesting for fans. The guys close things out with their Picks of the Day and then Martin nervously reaches into the Cap of Consequences.
