Description

On today’s BONUS edition of The MeidsTouch Podcast, we sit down with two incredible guests from Swing Left, an outstanding group founded to create an easier way for Democrats to volunteer in their nearest swing district. We speak with David Berrios, Head of Community at Swing Left and Ryan Quinn who is Senior Director for Campaigns. Today's show is a masterclass how we can all get involved and put in the work to win these crucial midterm elections. We discuss what's at stake in the midterms, highlight the most competitive races we need to focus on, and provide the tools necessary for you to make a difference and save our democracy. We also discuss Swing Left's affiliate organization, Vote Forward, who just announced a MASSIVE letter-writing program to reach unregistered and low propensity voters to encourage them to participate in our democracy. More than 17 million Vote Forward letters were written and sent in 2020!
