In this episode which was aired as a YouTube Live, we interview Sufyan Ismail - businessman-turned-philanthropist. Sufyan started life out at Deloitte before going on to start his own business. Sufyan then stopped working on his business before 40 in order to found MEND - an organisation aimed at helping Muslims to get into media and politics. A fascinating character with lots of lessons - so many that we had to split it up in two parts!
