Jan has spent decades forecasting and studying weather across the U.S., especially in California, and he “prides himself on being able to predict the unpredictable.”  He served as Lead Forecaster at the National Weather Service in the Bay Area for more than 24 years and in total has more than 40 years of experience as an operational and forensic meteorologist, serving as an expert witness in hundreds of cases.
