This week we finally sat down with former Manchester United midfielder and long-serving First Team coach Mick Phelan. He revealed some of the inner workings at the training ground, why it's important for this club to bring through youth from the Academy, and how he still watches the Under 18s & Under 23s train so he can occasionally impart some wisdom. In particular, Mick reflected on Marcus Rashford's rise through the ranks and said the Man Utd striker is a prime example of how players should approach their career.
