Description
In an interview that almost didn't happen, Paula's 81-year-old mother, Carol, and her 13-year-old daughter, Caroline, join her for a very special Mother's Day episode. Little did they know just 24 hours after this recording, Carol would be hospitalized after suffering a major stroke however, she is now on the mend and already back to singing. In the episode, the three generations of women talk about their callings at different stages of life and are reminded just how precious their time together is. Caroline shares her perspective as a teen overcoming the challenges of middle school and learning to stand on her own instead of following the crowd. And Carol opens up about her life after losing her husband of 53 years and what she is hoping to do with the years that remain ahead of her. They reminisce about memories from their past and share how important they are to one another.
