    Jay Reffner was a 30-year-old in the Greenville, Ohio investigation. He is best known for his screenname, high pitched voice, and his mommy being on his side.  Reffner started chatting with a girl he believed to be fifteen that went by the name of "bushsucksgrrl". Upon learning the girl's age, he is undeterred in coming over with alcohol and having sex with the girl, asking if he could take her virginity.
