A woman, 34-year-old Shanna Carlson, was killed in the blast and ensuing fire. The cause was an unidentified explosive device, which exploded with such force that Shanna had to be identified by a tattoo on her leg.While looking into that story (of which, sadly, not much information can be found) we ended up coming upon a far wider-reaching and more terrifying story: a potential serial bomber terrorizing families throughout Pennsylvania...
