She was rushing to the emergency room - her 5-year-old son was in the back. Every minute could mean life or death. He had been having seizures all day. 





But before entering the hospital she stood over her suffering son and took a picture.





What would she caption this one? Maybe she would mention how this was going to be his 13th surgery. Yeah, that would be good. The followers would eat that up.
