On the Tuesday edition of The Best of the Doug Gottlieb Show: Doug talks about the impact that NIL has had on college sports, and points out what all of the people who were shouting "pay college athletes!" did not think through before compelling the powers that be to make these changes.  Doug lays out the easy fix, and it has to do with the transfer portal. Doug lays out reasonable solutions to the NIL/Transfer Portal situation.  

Doug talks about the Sixers losing game one of the western conference semi-finals to the Heat, and about the new defiant Doc Rivers.  Doug also thinks the Sixers got probably got the worst end of deal where they got a player in Ben Simmons that never ended up playing a game.  

AJ Brown explained that his good friend Jalen Hurts is a big reason why he was traded to the Eagles.  NFL Analyst and former NFL player Solomon Wilcots joins Doug to talk about AJ Brown, the Eagles, the NFC east, and the major headlines coming out of the NFL draft.
