Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, attention quickly turned to India to determine whether it would condemn the attack and support western sanctions. This week, we are joined by Jeff Smith, a research fellow at Heritage’s Asian Studies Center with a focus on South Asia, for a deep dive on U.S.-India relationship in light of the war in Ukraine and China’s growing threat.  How did India develop its longstanding relationship with Russia?
