The Holzer Files reopens Dr. Hans Holzer's First Paranormal Case in Rockland County, NY. An area so haunted that Hans returned time after time to investigate, but 1 request came too late in his remarkable career for him to go personally investigate, the restless ghosts of The Suffern House.

Dave, Cindy and Shane return to Rockland County to complete the investigation Dr. Holzer could not. With the aide of Alexandra Holzer and researcher Gabe Roth the team uncovers some strange history that may finally shine some light on the darkness of the supernatural phenomena in that area.
