Portland, Oregon is beautiful. And very liberal, according to the TV show Portlandia. But last year it was also home to one of the country's most shocking hate crimes. So, in dozens of in-depth interviews, Otherhood's Rupa Shenoy digs into Portland's history to understand why that city — and the country — are seeing a resurgence of hate.
