As part of the on going School Matters series, CBS News national correspondent Meg Oliver has been covering efforts to have students return to in-person learning this school year. She visited a New York City school with Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona to find out his plans for a safe school year. A new CBS News poll finds 69% of parents are concerned their kids will get COVID in school.
