Over the course of two summers across Belgium six young girls went missing - their captor, Marc Dutroux, seemed untouchable as he brazenly abducted, imprisoned, raped and murdered his young victims.
But this is much more than a sad story about a sick, sadistic pedophile; how Dutroux evaded arrest time and time again raises serious questions as to whether he was just a small part of a powerful pedophile network stretching to the highest levels of Belgian society...
