Theron shares stories about the path to becoming an Imagineer, cultural differences and challenges in the overseas parks, the stories behind the stories of Disney Springs, creativity, craftsmanship, storytelling, and much more. He also discusses how to apply some of the lessons he learned at Disney to our own lives and career paths, and offers guidance to anyone looking to start their own journey to becoming an Imagineer.
