What is the PA-CAT? Do you need to take it? Why was it created? Johnna Yealy is the co-principal investigator who researched the development and implementation of the PA-CAT. This was an extension of her dissertation work on the characteristics that predict performance in PA school. She is a PA program director who works in emergency medicine and serves in the Army Reserves.
