A decade ago Erin French's life was in tatters. She was in rehab having lost lost her restaurant, her home and even custody of her son. Today, she runs one of the hardest to book restaurants in the US. She opens up to Emily Webb about her remarkable turnaround.

Erin has written a book about her journey, it's called Finding Freedom in The Lost Kitchen.
