Every draft cycle you hear the phrase "I would bang the table for this player." It invokes images from the movie "Draft Day" with a slice of "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington." An area scout, or another member of a front office, filibustering the rest of the organization for a diamond in the rough kind of player who could potentially change the course of a franchise.
In that spirit, this episode of The Scho Show gives Mark Schofield the floor to make the case for some of his guys in the draft. Not players he discovered or anything like that, just prospects he loved to study and would love to see take the leap to the NFL.
