Kids can have trouble regulating their emotions at the best of times. So throw a global pandemic into the mix, and we've noticed that our own kids are feeling a bit out of sorts. From talking to teachers and parents, we've heard that lots of children are experiencing emotional upset, which they can't quite describe. Some adults are feeling this way too.
