The New Year is nearly here, and one of the things I most love to do before I start a new year is to create a mantra for the year!  It's so helpful to have a go-to saying for the year that you can keep coming back to when things get difficult and you're struggling to remember the purpose behind what you're doing.  The idea is to centre your thoughts around one phrase that can help you to keep pushing forward in order to create the success that you want over the course of the year, but it can also just be a lot of fun to play around with creating your own mantra!  I'd really encourage you to give this a go yourself - think about what's been most bothering you or holding you back in 2019 and have a go at creating a mantra in response to that problem.
