Description

JP Finlay, Mitch Tischler and Pete Hailey took in Washington's rookie minicamp over the past few days, and now they're here to pass on everything they learned. First, though, they react to the team signing safety Bobby McCain, another veteran who could start come Week 1. Then, it's camp observations time, as they give their initial thoughts on everything from Sammis Reyes to Dyami Brown to who's wearing the best number to Antonio Gandy-Golden. Once they go through various conversations based on the action, Pete gives another cat update (a disheartening one, too) and then they toss to Mitch and Pete's interview with Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops. In that chat, Stoops explains why Washington fans will fall in love with Jamin Davis as well as why he's perfect for a franchise that's trying to change the culture. If you like podcasts where there's some deep analysis about a red line that was on the field and there's also a debate about whether Mitch's "notes" that he stores in his head are really notes, then this is the episode for you.
