WARNING: SPOILERS/NSFW'Gotham' 2x02 - "Knock Knock" is reviewed.  Jerome, with the Maniax, has begun a blood curdling journey of murder and mutilation! But it's a new day in Gotham City according to newly promoted Comissioner Sarah Essen.  With the Maniax fighting for control of the gang, Bruce firing Alfred for smashing his father's computer, and Jim being lured away from police headquarters by his nutjob ex Barbara, "Knock Knock" seems to be at a level of cartoon that we simply could not have anticipated... but is that a good thing?
