As a lawyer, OP knows for an absolute fact that the bill is 100% illegal, so he assumes it will be a very simple problem to fix. However, when he calls up the company, the woman on the phone gives him attitude, refuses to drop the bill, and then says, "If you don't like it, then sue us!" Sure thing, lady! OP files a lawsuit and almost immediately wins!
