Pippa, Annemarie and Natasha talking about their personal experiences of breaking into the industry, the value- and the lack- of rolemodels for minorities and whether anything has genuinely changed since the Black Lives Matter movement dominated the news cycle during the summer. The panel also discuss whether women's sports are more welcoming for women journalists of colour and why there are so few black female footballers compared to the men's game.
