Description

Ep #115 - This week on the podcast, Justin Womack and Andros Sturgeon are joined by Nick Francis, Chairman and co-founder of 'Casual Films,' to discuss the power of video for your business and brand. Nick launched 'Casual Films' back in 2006 following a brief stint at the BBC. As a director and producer, he has won several awards for his work internationally, including the prestigious IVCA Best Director Gold.
Since its initial launch, 'Casual Films' has produced nearly 10,000 films for some of the worlds largest, most challenging and exciting companies. They've grown to include three offices in London, New York and the San Francisco Bay. Their first commission, back in 2006, was for travel video blogs courtesy of Expedia. You'll hear full details on this story during the interview.
Nick has gone on to release his book, "The New Fire: Harness The Power Of Video For Your Business," where he shares why video is replacing the campfire as a cultural medium for storytelling and how businesses must take advantage. Find out more about Nick, his philosophy for video marketing and what's next for 'Casual Films' in today's 'Marketing Geeks' interview.
