Camera ready if that's the thing at your company

Socialize and interact with your colleagues
Prioritize your work

Schedule your tasks / to do list

Comfortable chair
Stretch on the regular
Pick some healthy snack / meal options
Assume people are coming from a good place
If your computer mic sucks, invest in a good headset
Set expectations
Know when / how you work the best and optimize for that
Ask for help when needed
Music, podcasts, audiobooks
White noise apps
Let your team how they can get in touch with you if you're away and an emergency pops up
Address conflicts or problems quickly - take it off email / IM as soon as possible
Have 1:1 meetings with your manager and/or your direct reports
Create a place to share work outside of  email
Ask for feedback
Make your goals / desires known
