Churches across Illinois are taking legal action against Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker’s unconstitutional, CCP virus-related, executive orders. Monte Larrick recently interviewed attorney David Shestokas about these legal actions and about the governor’s CCP virus orders generally. David Shestokas is also a constitutional scholar, having written several books on the founding documents.
