Dan Bongino, Host of the Dan Bongino Show, and Fox News Contributor, who lived in Maryland, and Former Congressman Darrell Issa of California, is all too familiar with Rep. Elijah Cummings and the dilapidated state of the democratic congressman’s Baltimore district. Issa, although having a good working relationship throughout his congressional career with Cummings, is very disturbed by the reports being released on the disregard for these constituents and their living conditions.
