Adam and Kyle talked about fade and follow teams, regression candidates, tempo changes, and a whole lot of games for this week in college basketball.

The guys hit on some major conference teams and some small-conference teams, as they always do, over the course of the show, including a Big 12 fade team, a Big South follow team, and several games for this week. Richmond vs. VCU and Buffalo vs. Akron on Tuesday, Loyola Chicago vs. Southern Illinois, San Diego State vs. New Mexico, and Saint Louis vs. La Salle on Wednesday, and some CAA for later in the week.
