Note Uranus conjunct Jupiter.   His mother Mary Lee-Woods Sun Pisces conjunct Uranus/Mercury. Moon Gemini. Also Locomotive chart.   His father Conway Berners-Lee Sun Virgo, Moon Aries. Sun conjunct Saturn/Jupiter Double-handled Bucket chart shape..or once again could be a Locomotive. Tim's first proposal Transits are in green on the outside. Note: transiting Moon conjunct natal Venus in Taurus. Transiting Saturn AND Neptune conjunct natal Moon in Capricorn. Transiting Pluto conjunct natal Saturn. All indicating he was 'taking this seriously'. Second proposal. Transiting Mars conjunct natal Sun in Gemini Transiting Saturn has now moved and Neptune and Uranus are becoming conjunct to each other and also conjuncting Tim's natal Moon in Capricorn. Transiting Pluto, Sun and Venus conjunct natal Pluto in Scorpio. MOON IN VIRGO !! Hooray, the Moon would have allowed a few more particulars to be decided (hopefully!!) First 'broadcast' of the World Wide Web. Sag Ascendant, Uranus conjunct Neptune in the first house.  Sun in Leo in 8th conjunct Jupiter. Moon in Gemini in the 7th house of relationships. Mercury, Venus & Mars in the 9th house in Virgo. (nice!) Pluto in Scorpio in 11th house of groups/friends. Saturn in Aquarius in the 2nd house of money. Remember that Tim has Sun in Gemini, so the Moon would have been near/conjunct his Sun. Sun & Jupiter would be  near his natal Pluto. Uranus and Neptune near his natal Moon ..and those Virgo planets would have squared his Sun...
