On March 3rd, 1989, two women were found to have been murdered 50 miles away from one another. 24-year-old Peggy Gill & 34-year-old Jeanne Gilbert were each living separate lives in Merrillville and Rensselaer, Indiana (respectively), and neither seemed to have an inkling of the other's existence. Their only link seemed to be their employment with the Days Inn hotel brand, with each women working as a night auditor for their local branch. However, in the early morning hours of March 3rd, 1989, the stories of these two women would become forever intertwined. As two separate murder investigation began to unfold that weekend, connections would eventually reveal that a single individual had committed both crimes within a few hours...
