On the Thursday February 20 edition of BangTheBook Radio, host Adam Burke opened up the show with a new edition of The Bettor’s Box, his MLB betting podcast. On a day when Adam started posting his MLB season win total picks and previews, he spent the majority of the segment talking about the AL East and spent a few minutes on some Spring Training injury notes at the end.

In a new segment called “Five and Fly”, Adam spent about five minutes on each team in the AL so he could break down the Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays, and Toronto Blue Jays, including his favorite season win total picks of the bunch. He’ll do that on every segment going forward until all six divisions have been covered.
