Want to know the most attractive thing you can be with women?  A LEADER.  Now I don't mean a man that bosses women around and tells them what to do.  Leading women means gently guiding them towards something and requires the man to know who he is and what he wants.  
Being a real leader with women is easier than you think and doesn't require you to be a jerk.
