Description

Kru Christopher Ballard is a martial art practitioner and instructor at the United Fighting Arts Institute in Vermont. I think there was enough good stuff both mentally, phisically, and spiritually that I gained from doing traditional martial arts that helped me go into kickboxing. Kru Christopher Ballard - Episode 416 Most of the time, we would ask our parents if we can get into a martial arts class but when parents ask us to go, we go. Kru Christopher Ballard began his martial arts training in Taekwondo at the age of 11. His passion for martial arts deepens upon discovering a more intense and full-contact sport in kickboxing and Muay Thai that he literally went to great distances just to train during his youth and even up to this day. Kru Ballard credits his martial arts training in bringing him to different roads in his life, both planned and unplanned, which only made his story all the more fascinating.
