Description

Since 2003, Alyn Edwards has been a partner at Peak Communicators, a full-service public relations company with offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, and Calgary. He has been a career journalist, communications consultant, and life-long classic car enthusiast. He began his journalism career as a reporter and feature writer for one of Canada’s most influential newspapers – the Toronto Telegram, where he covered all disciplines including municipal and provincial politics and criminal justice. At the age of 27, Alyn was recruited to become a television news reporter. That led to a 20-year career with BCTV (Global BC) as a senior reporter followed by five years at CBC Television (Vancouver) as a regional and national reporter. Alyn has written hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles for a wide variety of publications and produced more than three dozen documentary videos. He currently writes weekly features on classic cars for a variety of Canadian newspapers including the Vancouver Sun, Edmonton Journal, Victoria News and Old Autos.
